New Self-Service Option for Employees to Update Date of Birth

Starting Monday, September 28, employees will have the ability to use self-service to submit an update request for their Date of Birth (DOB) using UCPath online.

Previous Process

  • Employees would work directly with their location to submit a request to update their DOB

New Process

  • Employees can visit UCPath online and click on Personal Information Summary>DOB update request
  • A confirmation of submission email will be sent to the employee and another email will be sent to the employee upon approval or denial of their DOB update request.
