UCPath Must-Know's for 2026 Happy New Year to our beloved subscribers of the UCPath Biweekly Newsletter! We hope you are entering this year fully rested, charged, and ready to take on all things UCPath. Please make note of the following items to prepare you for this year:

  • Save the dates and register for our 2026 UCPath Transactions Office Hours – the first session will be held tomorrow, January 8, 2026!
  • Register for a UCPath On-The-Job Training Appointment using the new Outlook link here.
  • The newest Off-Cycle Processing Schedules for January through March 2026 are now posted on the Transactors page.
  • Payroll Financial Management will now be hosting 1:1 appointments weekly on Thursdays.
  • Several Knowledge Base Articles are now live on our Public HR Knowledge Base in Services & Support. Review the list of Job Aids that have migrated with their corresponding KBA link on our UCPath Job Aids page.

Important Information Regarding UCPath Media Library Content Our team is reviewing the guidance and content in the UCPath Media Library to confirm it meets accessibility standards and remains up‑to‑date. PDFs of past Topic Based Zoom sessions that are older than 2024 will be archived, as it contains outdated information that is no longer applicable to the system today. If you need to keep any of these files, please download them to your computer before they are removed by April 2026.
