How to View and Print Your Earnings Statements

Learn how to view and print your earnings statement.

• As of Aug. 1, 2006, UC San Diego employees no longer receive a printed direct deposit statement. Instead, you can view and print your earnings statements online.
• Starting on June 1, 2020, earnings statements are located in UCPath, the University of California's system-wide payroll, benefits, human resources, and academic personnel system.
• Earnings statements prior to June 1, 2020, can be found in AYSO

View your Earnings Statements in UCPath

1. Log into UCPath
2. Choose Employee Actions on the left side menu
3. Click Income and Taxes
4. Click View Paycheck
5. Choose the Earnings Statement you would like to view
6. Click "download attachment", a PDF document will download to your computer
7. Open PDF to view your earnings statement

View your Earnings Statements in AYSO

1. Log into At Your Service Online (AYSO)
2. Enter your username
3. Enter your password
   • If you don't have a username and/or password or you have forgotten then, click Forgot your Username or Password? and follow the system instructions.
   • Note: If you have a UC e-mail address, the system will send you a temporary password. If you don't have an e-mail address that the system recognizes, submit a case to the Employee Center.
4. Click the Sign In button
5. Click the Earnings Statements link
6. On the Pay Date Selection screen, click on View Statement for the earnings statement you would like to view
