PPS to UCPath Cutover
In preparation for the UCPath deployment PPS data must be converted and uploaded to UCPath. The conversion of monthly employees and biweekly employees will take place separately. There are important PPS deadlines and dates to be aware of and they are noted in the calendar below.
Additionally, HR Central Offices will be communicating detailed dates and deadlines for specific transaction types. For questions related to these workflows, please contact the appropriate office:

SuperUsers and Department Transactors
A small select group of experienced transactors from Central Offices have been designated as SuperUsers and will have access to UCPath in May. Department transactors will be able to enter certain Hires, Rehires, and Separations in PPS; SuperUsers will extract that information and upload to UCPath as appropriate. SuperUsers will also assist in data validation and other pay-impacting transactions. View the Cutover Transaction Workflow Matrix.

Reports
Reports are essential for transactors in UCPath. During Cutover, starting May 9, SuperUsers will be able to run UCPath reports from the Campus Reports Dashboard; department transactors will be able to view report titles and descriptions, but not run reports until June 1.

EPET System
The current EPET system will be shut down as we transition to UCPath. In the future, payroll cost transfers will instead be processed in UCPath, using what is referred to as Direct Retro.
