How to View and Print Your Earnings Statements

Learn how to view and print your earnings statement.

  • As of Aug. 1, 2006, UC San Diego employees no longer receive a printed direct deposit statement. Instead, you can view and print your earnings statements online.
  • Starting on June 1, 2020, earnings statements are located in UCPath, the University of California's system-wide payroll, benefits, human resources, and academic personnel system.
  • Earnings statements prior to June 1, 2020, can be found in AYSO

 

View Your Earnings Statements in UCPath

  1. Log into UCPath
  2. Choose Employee Actions on the left side menu
  3. Click Income and Taxes
  4. Click View Paycheck
  5. Choose the Earnings Statement you would like to view
  6. Click "download attachment", a PDF document will download to your computer
  7. Open PDF to view your earnings statement

 

View Earnings Statements Prior to 2020

For earnings statements prior to 2020, current and former employees should submit a Record of Earnings request through the Employee Center or email payrollquestions@ucsd.edu for assistance.
