Why are we implementing this project?
The purpose of this project is to improve the transactor experience by deploying an improved navigation user interface (UI) called Fluid Interface. This will begin to move UCPath to a more intuitive, modernized solution.
The Fluid Interface will:
- Improve the overall user experience with an intuitive navigation design
- Streamline navigation so transactors can find and enter information quicker and more efficiently
- Consolidate related information in easy to use tiles
- Serve as the starting point to take advantage of new UCPath functionality
- Ensure UCPath is on a supported platform
What is the project timeline?
Fluid was officially kicked off on January 26, 2022. The projected timeline is February to October 22, 2022.

What do transactors need to do to prepare for this project?
Transactors may be required to download new job aids and other training assets.
Bookmarks will no longer be displayed in UCPath Online. To help with this transition, we recommend that users set up links using the Favorites function.
Are there any actions required by departments?
There will be no impact to employees or the employee self-service pages. This will only impact transactors.
