Automate Security Deprovisioning: Completed as of November 2024
About: The goal of the Automate Security Deprovisioning project is to automate the deprovisioning of security when an employee transfers from one location to another.
Top Deliverables:
- Prevent users transferring between locations from having UCPath access at the former and new location
- Prevents the need for UCPath Security Admin in the new location to provision UCPath access more than once
- Develop an automated provisioning process and an email notification for the new location to notify that the de-provisioning process has been completed
Direct Entry Enhancements: Completed as of November 2024
About: The goal of the Direct Entry Enhancements project is to provide an enhanced process for locations to enter new hires for Employees, Contingent Workers, and Concurrent Hires directly into UCPath with an approval framework.
