About: The goal of the Gender Identity and Pronouns project is to capture gender identity, sexual orientation, and pronouns in the UCPath system to align with the Gender Recognition and Lived Name Policy.
Top Deliverables:
- Update system options for Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation as some values are outdated
- Allow the system to collect Employee pronouns
- Implement Oracle-delivered solution for consistency and scalability for future delivered changes
Automate Security Deprovisioning: Completed as of November 2024
About: The goal of the Automate Security Deprovisioning project is to automate the deprovisioning of security when an employee transfers from one location to another.
Top Deliverables:
- Prevent users transferring between locations from having UCPath access at the former and new location
- Prevents the need for UCPath Security Admin in the new location to provision UCPath access more than once
- Develop an automated provisioning process and an email notification for the new location to notify that the de-provisioning process has been completed
Direct Entry Enhancements: Completed as of November 2024
About: The goal of the Direct Entry Enhancements project is to provide an enhanced process for locations to enter new hires for Employees, Contingent Workers, and Concurrent Hires directly into UCPath with an approval framework.
Top Deliverables:
- Utilize the new Oracle-provided functionality to improve the user experience
- Review and add validations required to minimize downstream impacts
- Determine any additional audit reporting needs
- Review Payroll lockdown timeline/changes
- Evaluate the schedule for transitioning template functionality to Direct Entry
Rewrite GL Assessments Phase 2: Completed as of November 2024
About: The goal of the Rewrite GL Assessments Phase 2 project is to consolidate, centralize and streamline the generation of assessment information including:
- Calculate assessments after summary and detail labor ledger results are generated adhering to new service level agreements (SLAs)
- Separate assessments into individual processes independently of other GL processes
